Strawberry pancake. Found this in Bernice, Oklahoma (Grand Lake of The Cherokees) at a little place called Poppy's. Excellent flavor and texture. Best one I have ever tasted.

    That's Peach cobbler, not pie - I can tell by the (perfectly golden and crusty-edged) top - and I agree - it's the winner!
